Somatic movement classes

Experience the joy and healing of movement, to exceptional music

Nourish your body and soul with somatic dance

As part of my own personal journey, I discovered the transformative power of dance and mindful movement through Nia.

Nia is a holistic movement practice that blends the healing arts, dance arts, and martial arts, with an emphasis on listening to and connecting with the body’s natural sensations and wisdom.

Inspired by the profound impact it had on my own life, I became a certified Nia Technique Teacher so I could share this empowering practice and way of living with others.

Classes offer an inclusive, gentle space where you are welcome exactly as you are — without pressure to change, perform or arrive anywhere in particular.

Weekly somatic dance class

My weekly Nia Techniqe class combines guided and free movement to sensational global music. The intention for each class is for you to connect with your body, experience joy in movement, music, and community, and come away feeling energised.
